*RENTAL VIEWING:

-ALL interior viewings of currently available units are electronic on this page until an applicant is preliminarily approved. ("Coming Soon" property photos are not yet available – check the site frequently for updates).  Preliminarily approved applicants may schedule in person showings when a property is available.

-Properties that will consider animals are written as such in the property description.  Allowances vary, contact office with specific questions.

 

*APPLICATIONS:

-Applications may be submitted online or in our dropbox (links available at the bottom of the page);

-Non-refundable application fee per adult: $25 online with a credit/debit card, $30 paper with check/money order.

-All adult residents must be on the application.

-All applications must include a copy of photo ID, proof of employment/other income (two most recent full pay stubs, etc. in pdf format preferred – phone screenshots are not sufficient), and application fee (check/money order payable to Wadsworth Real Estate for paper applications only, or credit card payment required for online submissions).

-Applications submitted for properties that indicate "animals considered" must be accompanied by an animal registration application through the link below.

-Please allow approximately 3-5 business days after submission for processing. Applications are valid for approximately 30 days (do not submit multiple applications for multiple properties – contact the office for address additions or changes).

-Applicants will be contacted and/or scheduled for in-person viewings when an application has been preliminarily approved and the property is available to show.
